Order Processing Time

All orders are made to order by hand in our production facility. All orders are processed and ready to be shipped within 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment.

 Delivery Estimates & Shipping Cost 

All orders are shipped by Express UPS，FEDEX or DHL.

Order Cut-off Time

The cut-off time for all orders is 6:00 PM GMT+8, Monday through Friday.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Customers will be notified by email when their items are dispatched and arrive at their destination.Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.

Change of Address

If you need to change your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, no change of address will be possible.

Damages

GentSuit is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Once a claim has been made, please contact us and refer to the Refund Policy for more instructions.

Customs Fees And Taxes

GentSuit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We will do our best to mediate these issues and not surprise you with any unnecessary added costs.
